Statement
The act to photograph is for me
an escape. Either an idealistic dream or a nightmare. I tent to use the media
to perform an introspective work and during the process to get it, I often find
and develop some visual obsession with domestic things and ordinary people.
It’s like falling in love for a minute while exploring my
autobiographical narrative of people, places, things, memories and moments of
intimate observation. Beauty –or ugliness– of my images comes from banal
details or scrutinized subjects trying to be just a reference of my lifetime.
