Statement
The act of photography is for me
an escape. Either an idealistic dream or a nightmare. I tent to use the media
to perform an introspective work and during the process to get it I often find
and develop some visual obsession with domestic things and ordinary people.
It’s like falling in love for a minute while exploring my own
autobiographical narrative of people, places, things, memories and moments of
intimate observation. Beauty –or ugliness- of my images comes from banal
details or scrutinized subjects trying to be just a reference of my lifetime.
